We are now looking for an engaged and driven Production Manager for an exciting industrial operation. Our client is a well-established company focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous development. Here you will have the opportunity to take a central role in production and contribute to both operational and strategic work.

About the position

In the role of Production Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations within production. You will lead and motivate employees, ensure that production meets set goals, and actively work on improvement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with several functions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and follow up on daily production

• Be responsible for personnel management and task distribution

• Ensure quality, delivery precision, and a good working environment

• Work on continuous improvements and process efficiency

• Follow up and analyze key performance indicators

• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality, and logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in production management within industry

• Good understanding of production processes

• Ability to lead and engage employees

• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Desirable

• Technical education or equivalent experience

• Experience with Lean or similar improvement methods

• Experience working in production or business systems
